Rebuilt Allison transmission and torque converter
New "hydraulic brake" master cylinder and wheel cylinders.
Rail drive gearcase fully rebuilt with a BRAND NEW housing case, internal idler gear, bearing, shaft and seals.
One rail drive side-rod replaced along with 2 new bearings and brass side road thrust washers.
Train air brake system rebuilt A9 control valve, new 16 CFM air compressor and air tank.
Rebuilt hydraulic system pump, accumulator, unloader, 2 road wheel lift cylinders and coupler lift cylinder.
Coupler box assembly mounting ears and ram ears replaced.
Re-cored radiator.
New electronic ignition system for engine.
New Zenith carburetor

New Rail Drive universal joint.

Both Trackmobiles are presently at a Authorized Trackmobile dealer / repair center in Virginia getting major repair and upgrade work done at the present time. I am waiting to have both units shipped back up to my shop location in Monroe NJ when they are completed.
I hope to have the Trackmobile Repair Center finish the work on my Trackmobiles by the end of next week.

BTW, my Trackmobile shop / storage location is one hour away from the facility in Elizabeth and my office / house is a half hour away. At my house location, I keep my service van with all needed tools and supplies for maintenance of the Trackmobile.
Monthly maintenance of the Trackmobile will be included in the rental deal. I will pay for and supply all needed engine oil, gear oil, trans fluid, hydraulic oil, filters and gaskets. I will keep an active hourmeter on the Trackmobile so I can gauge the needed maintenance. I will also inspect Trackmobile, check bolts and tighten items as needed. I will also stock some spare parts. Maintenance will be one a month but I will come out more then once a month as necessary. I would coordinate my visits with Avi as to not interfere with the use of the Trackmobile. I will also train the operators of the Trackmobile to the full extent.
